That means the Body Control Module (BCM) is sending power, but the circuit board inside the housing can’t deliver it. Why? Corrosion. Visible droplets? That’s past the point of “normal fog.” A light haze on cold mornings? Fine. But if you can see pooling at the bottom of the lens, the seal is compromised. Pull the assembly.
